Omelette Recipe Ingredients
- 2 eggs (large is good)
- Kosher salt (according to taste)
- Black Salt (Ground up)
- 1 pinch of red chilly powder
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- A quarter cup of shredded cheese
First, take the eggs and beat the eggs into a bowl. Keep beating until there are no whites left. Start seasoning the eggs with the kosher salt, black salt and chilly powder. Take a non-stick pan (for best results), and melt the butter over medium heat. Put in the seasoned eggs and make sure the egg covers the whole pan. As the egg starts to set in, drag the cooked portions into the centre using a ladle or spatula. Let the uncooked portions go to the edge of the pan. If the bottom is set with the top a little wet, pour in the cheese. Now fold the sides on to each other. You can add chives in this as well. Take the egg into the plate and enjoy your homemade omelette with top notch tea and bread for your breakfast.
